When a local golf shop owner teamed up with his son to create an indoor golf experience, they had the passion, the tech, and the vision. SimtecGolf started with a goal to setting a new standard in indoor golf. Our job required bringing their brand to life with a custom website featuring an industry-leading design, a branding guide, and a logo that captures their unique identity. We took a fresh approach by creating a bold, energetic identity that grabs attention and makes booking a session feel like an easy ‘yes.’
To keep things grounded in the sport, we chose a classic golf-inspired colour palette of sky blues and deep greens. But to balance that tradition with personality, we went bold with the typography. The primary typeface, Obviously, brings a funky, daring edge that gives the brand a distinct, modern feel.
Golfers aren’t just browsing on desktops—they’re checking availability on the go, booking sessions from their phones, and sharing links with friends. A clunky mobile experience would mean lost customers.

We’ve created a minimalistic logo for SimtecGOLF that seamlessly blends tradition with technology, making it instantly recognisable. Inspired by a ‘play’ button, we integrated it into a flag pin - a defining symbol in golf. This combination highlights the business’s tech-driven, gamified approach while keeping it familiar and intuitive, ensuring instant engagement from the very first glance.
We produced a clean, engaging experience that makes it effortless to book a session, explore the brand, and get excited about indoor golf. The website launched in sync with their grand opening and has been actively driving new bookings ever since.
