How much does an eCommerce website cost?
We don't have set eCommerce prices, as they hugely depend on your requirements and functionalities you’ll need to run an online store. Hence, the cost of eCommerce can be as little as £1,000 or as much as £15,000 and beyond.
To estimate your project’s cost, we’ll have to go through the non-obligatory onboarding interview that will help us understand what are your requirements and then give you an estimated cost and timescale of your eCommerce project.
How long does it take you to build an eCommerce website?
The timescale of our eCommerce design services hugely depends on your requirements. You may want your platform to be fully bespoke or based on a template, choose additional services like copywriting, product input or photography. It can take as little as 3 weeks or as long as 3+ months. After our introduction (onboarding) interview, we’ll be able to estimate the timeframe as well as the cost of your project.
My budget is limited. Will you still work with me?
We love working and learning from like-minded business owners! If your budget is limited, don’t be shy and let us know - it will give us a better understanding of your situation. We’ll come up with a solution that’s tailored to your situation.
What eCommerce platform is the best for my business?
We work on a variety of eCommerce building platforms, including Shopify, Webflow eCommerce, Wix and WooCommerce and all of them have different functionalities, advantages and disadvantages.
While Shopify is quite straightforward on the back end, it’s a typical template-based platform. Hence, building a fully custom eCommerce on Shopify require coding and more resources. WooCommerce and Webflow are more complex in managing, but give more freedom in creating a bespoke and unique online shopping experience.

Will my eCommerce be mobile-friendly?

All our design and development projects include on-page fundamental SEO, meaning we build your eCommerce to be recognised and read by search engines like Google.
Please, bear in mind that our optimised eCommerce platform may not be enough to make search engines fall in love with your platform - depending on competitors and industry you may require further SEO services to push it towards the 10 top of Google.

Will you integrate my website with other platforms?
Yes, we can do that! If you require integration of your website with other platforms and/or software, simply let us know and we will include additional service into your website design plan. If you already have a website and require integration-only services, visit our eCommerce integrations page.
Will you provide copywriting for my website?
We can provide copywriting services at additional costs. We specialise in long-form written content that’s optimised for both humans and search engines, meaning it ticks both boxes - tells your story, engages your visitors and is recognised by platforms like Google or Bing.
If you require our copywriting services, let us know during our onboarding and we will include it in the project costs.
Where are you based?
We are based in Northampton, UK and work with both local, national and international businesses.
Do you work with brands based out of the UK?
Yes, definitely! Although we love meeting our clients face-to-face, sometimes it’s not possible. If we can’t schedule a meeting due to restrictions, we communicate through Zoom meetings, e-mails and scheduled calls.
Do you offer maintenance services for e-Commerce websites?
We can help you with maintaining your new platform if required. Our maintenance services are optional.
While building your eCommerce, we’ll make sure you have the ownership and full access to your domain, hosting and platform on which the website was built.
Will I be able to update eCommerce myself?
After the design is finished and your eCommerce is up and running, we provide you with the training that will help you understand and use the back end of the platform. You’ll be able to update details of existing products and add new ones. If needed, we’ll supply you with supporting documents or videos so that you can refresh your new skills in the future.
However, we recommend a professional developer to complete more complex changes to the structure and layout of the website and maintenance of plugins. We offer maintenance services - from basic to custom SEO-included packages. Contact us to find out more.
Can you make small improvements to my eCommerce?
Absolutely! We can help you as much or as little as you wish with our hourly updates. We can also look at your website and suggest small UX/UI as well as SEO improvements. We are available even if you’re not on our maintenance plan. We love building long-term relationships and getting inspired by successful businesses. We can provide minor and major updates to your eCommerce and help you in growing your platform in the future.
